			<para>The Navigation file defines the sites hierarchy. The top level of the navigation is named top. It is comprised of the top level menus <bold>intro</bold> and <bold>navigation</bold>. The Menu <bold>intro</bold> contains the menus welcome page and files.</para>
			<para>These menus correspond to the horizontal menu bar to the top and vertical menu bar to the left.</para>
