Navigation File
The Navigation file defines the sites hierarchy. The top level of the navigation is named top. It is comprised of the top level menus intro and navigation. The Menu intro contains the menus welcome page and files.
These menus correspond to the horizontal menu bar to the top and vertical menu bar to the left.
